Since its foundation in 1997, the Angus Producer Group has seen consistent growth, moving from slaughtering forty cattle per week to in excess of 1500 cattle / week with our processing partners – ABP Food Group & Kepak Group
The growth is mainly due to the huge success Certified Irish Angus Beef is enjoying both on the home market and Europe.
Producers can now receive up to 40 cents / kg premium over and above the factory price on the day of slaughter.
